Ad has been active as an impact investor, entrepreneur, and advisor since 2011, following a long international career of more than 30 years as a financial director in both the profit and non-profit sectors. He served 12 years as CFO for his family business. He was the corporate controller of ICCO, a major Dutch NGO for development cooperation with programs in 50 countries, for 10 years. He always strives to keep things simple.
