Alexandra (Alie) Korijn is passionate about enabling systems change and doing that in a co-creative and emergent way. She currently serves as the Managing Director of TWIST, where she co-leads on strategy, community building, field building, and enabling a mindset shift.
 
Additionally, she serves on the Board of Presencing Institute, which integrates science, collective action, and deep creative processes for systemic transformation. She also serves as a Management Board Member of the Soil Heroes Foundation, which contributes to food system transformation in Europe through experiments on their regenerative farm, evidence building, and policy engagement.
 
Previously, she was the Chair of the Board of Toniic, a global action community of impact investors. She also served as the Associate Director at Enclude Capital (now Palladium Capital Advisory), where she co-authored the report ‘Systems Change: An Emerging Practice in Impact Investing’ (2019), in collaboration with Open Society Foundations.
