Alexandra

Alexandra (Alie) Korijn has a passion for enabling system change and does so in a co-creative and emergent way. She is currently Managing Director of TWIST, where she co-leads strategy, community building, field building, and enabling a mindset shift.
 
In addition, she is a board member of the Presencing Institute, which integrates science, collective action, and deep creative processes for systemic transformation. She is also a board member of the Soil Heroes Foundation, which contributes to the transformation of the food system in Europe through experiments on their regenerative farm, evidence gathering, and policy engagement.
 
Previously, she was chair of the board at Toniic, a global action community of impact investors. She was also Associate Director at Enclude Capital (now Palladium Capital Advisory), where she co-authored the report 'Systems Change: An Emerging Practice in Impact Investing' (2019), in collaboration with Open Society Foundations.
