Edwin still sees himself as a rookie in impact investing. Coming from an entrepreneurial family that has successfully run a family business for just over a hundred years, he had the vision to reshape the dental laboratory sector in the Benelux and make it a market leader, with the help of former competitors.

Once the company became the market leader, he sold his stake to shift his focus to sustainability and impact investing. He has a strong business mindset and believes in the transformative impact that digital platforms and peer-to-peer communities can create to achieve the sustainable development goals.

He tries to live by the mantra: Do Good. Better. Together. That is why he is passionate about PYM and what it can achieve as a community. His mission is to make impact and sustainable investing mainstream.
