Piet

Piet is a Belgian independent impact investor and promoter of social entrepreneurship and impact financing. In addition to his historical ties with the family business and as a director of the family holding, he is building an ecosystem in Belgium where non-profit and for-profit organizations collaborate around positive societal impact. Through various system-changing initiatives in which he was involved from the start as a corner investor or first believer, he aims to inspire his peers, other next gens of family businesses, to accept greater risks and lower financial returns. 

Piet also founded Impact House in Brussels, a dynamic hub for changemakers, and is co-founder of Impact Finance Belgium. With SI3 Fund, he focuses on equal opportunities and inclusion.
