Wieteke
Wieteke has a background in biology and neuroscience. At the end of 2019, she had the opportunity to change her impact by getting involved in the impact investing world. Now, she is a next-generation wealth manager and works with her mother and sister to steer their investment portfolio toward impact.
To Wieteke, most crises we face stem from a disconnect between humans and the rest of nature. She dedicates her time and resources to exploring how we, as humans, can reconnect with our nature and the rest of nature. Food is a simple way in which we interact with our surroundings. Therefore, Wieteke teaches about growing vegetables in school, growing a permaculture garden, and investing in regenerative agriculture. She is intrigued by trying to understand complex systems and is therefore interested in investing with a systems change approach.
