Willemijn

Willemijn is a pedagogue with a passion for generating social impact in her immediate environment. She works for Humanitas, a Dutch NGO that supports people who temporarily need help. She aims to drive change in the world through sustainable and social investments.

Willemijn and her husband started an ophthalmology business in the Netherlands. After selling the company, they increasingly began investing in various impact investment funds and direct investments focused on financial inclusion in Africa, Latin America, and Asia. In addition, there is a focus on climate technology across various sectors, and they have invested in carefully selected listed securities that generate impact.
