About Jamy Goewie

Jamy co-founded Shaping Impact Group, which offers growth capital to impact-driven companies that offer strong solutions to social and environmental challenges. Their portfolio companies receive extensive management support to grow their impact and their business. With their investments, Shaping Impact strives towards the highest possible societal impact and a fair financial return.

Jamy is a serial social entrepreneur with experience in Africa and Asia. She worked as a consultant for several large companies on CSR-related topics and as a strategic advisor for foundations.
She has launched the Dutch Chapter of the world-renowned international NGO Ashoka, where she scouted and supported system-changing social entrepreneurs and deepened her experience of scaling social enterprises. In 2017 she joined the European Venture Philanthropy Association as the Community and Market Development Director.

Jamy has an MScs in Geography and an MScs in Pedagogical science. She is a board member of the Oranje Fonds and is currently enrolled in executive education at the VU on executive (team) coaching.
