Deal Sharing
We are always looking to improve the PYM offering to everyone in our community. To that end, we are launching Deal Sharing. A service where PYM-ers can share impact funds or direct investment opportunities within the wider PYM community.
How does it work?
Our deal sharing team collects all deals shared with us by our community. This team is a group of experienced impact investors who regularly evaluate deals for their personal portfolios. On a monthly basis they will evaluate all deals based on the following criteria:
- A Deal is an impact investment (fund or direct) shared with the deal sharing team.
- The Deal must be shared with us by a private wealth holder*.
- This private wealth holder is already invested or very likely to invest.
- There is at least some due diligence about the market, financials, team and product.
- There is an impact-first approach to the fund or direct investment. If not, there is more information available about the impact the Deal is aiming for.
- A ticket size that fits the PYM community (between 25K - 500K).

Share your Deal
Are you a private wealth holder who invested in an impactful product or service and would you like to share this opportunity with other impact investors?
Please note that we can only consider deals shared with us by private wealth holders* who have already invested or are very likely to invest. Founders, or other affiliated parties, of the company may not submit their own investment opportunity, but can ask one of their (potential) investors to submit the investment using the above form.
*Private wealth holders invest with their personal assets and have a minimum investable wealth of €500.000,- (or are NextGeneration Wealth holders)
