Marilou van Golstein Brouwers
Marilou van Golstein Brouwers is an international entrepreneurial impact investment banker with 30+ years of experience in values-driven business and banking and extensive international board experience. Her focus and expertise is impact investing in a broad range of sectors including inclusive finance, food and agriculture, and renewable energy, whereby she promotes and influences how money can work for lasting, positive change.
Since April 2020 Marilou has her own company, Liberating Money and she is active in different non-executive board and advisory roles.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the GIIN, Chair of the Supervisory Board of B Lab Europe, Chair of Microfinance institution Qredits in the Netherlands, member of the Advisory Board Responsible Investments of PGGM, Chair of the Supervisory Board of BRAC International Foundation, Chair of the Supervisory Board of BRAC International Holdings BV, Chair of Triodos Foundation, member of the Supervisory Board of InvestNL and one of We-Fi’s Leadership Champions housed in the World Bank.
