Naomi leads her family's Family Office and sits on the board of the family's operating company, a global toys and games company founded by her parents and currently run by her brother.

Before she founded the family office, Naomi gained professional experience in diverse fields, ranging from HR, consultancy, tour leading, and grassroots work at NGOs. 
Her Family Office's focus is on Clean Energy, Innovation, Food, and Water, with investments mostly through funds.
