Path through the woods during twilight

How to Support
the Food Transition

Wednesday 27 March 2024
18:00 - 22:00 in Brussels

We are thrilled to announce a dinner hosted by four Belgian banks and PYM where we explore how we can work together to pave the way for a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable food system.

This dinner is for private wealth holders and by invitation only.

Many major issues are rooted in the complex interaction between our food system and the larger globe. Fundamentally, it is about balancing social justice, environmental sustainability, and global health. Our food production, distribution, and consumption methods impact not only our health but also the planet we live on.

An inclusive, sustainable, and resilient food system is possible, but it requires cooperation from a range of stakeholders, including consumers, governments, businesses, investors, and grassroots organizations. Each of these parties is essential in guiding these changes, with funding acting as a keystone in this effort. These projects are funded through a combination of philanthropic assistance, governmental and private investments, and creative financing techniques designed to promote food security, sustainable agriculture, and fair access to wholesome food.

Together with renowned guest speaker Michael Pellman Rowland and entrepreneurs Laura van Selm and Louis de Jaeger, we will explore why we need to move towards a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable food system and what role impact investors can play in it.
