Ali Najafbagy is co-founder and Managing Partner of 4Impact Capital, a venture capital firm investing in European software companies that combine strong financial performance with positive societal impact. Through 4Impact, he focuses on backing technology-driven ventures that contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive future.

Before founding 4Impact Capital, Ali held senior international roles at organisations including Goldman Sachs, Mubadala Investment Company, GE, and Egon Zehnder, gaining broad experience across finance, strategy, and leadership. He has been actively involved in impact investing since 2009, including through a range of early-stage investments in European tech ventures.

Ali holds a BSc and an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology, as well as an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School. In addition to his investment work, he serves on several boards, including The National Theatre, Number 5 Foundation, and Global People, contributing to initiatives focused on social innovation and diversity.
