Annie Thériault is Managing Partner at Cross-Border Impact Ventures (CBIV), an impact venture capital firm investing in health technology companies focused on women, children, and adolescents. Through CBIV, she supports ventures that address large global markets, with a strong focus on expanding access to high-quality healthcare solutions in both developed and emerging economies.
With a career spanning impact investing, venture capital, and capital markets, Annie brings deep expertise in mobilizing capital for purpose-driven innovation. Prior to founding CBIV, she worked with high-impact companies to secure over $100 million in non-dilutive funding and held leadership roles, including Chief Investment Officer at Grand Challenges Canada.
Annie is widely recognized for her work in inclusive health technology investing, applying a strong gender and impact lens. She also serves as an advisor and board member across the innovation ecosystem.
