Claire Tange is Managing Partner at Borski Fund and a strategic finance professional with over 18 years of experience in building and scaling companies across sectors such as electric mobility, AI, agritech, and B2B SaaS.
At Borski Fund, she focuses on investing in and supporting female-led businesses, driven by the belief that improving access to capital for female entrepreneurs is key to creating both equal opportunities and strong economic outcomes. Inspired by Johanna Borski, the fund combines financial returns with a clear commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion within the investment landscape.
Claire previously held roles in investment banking at ABN AMRO and Royal Bank of Scotland, and served as CFO of high-growth companies, including Fastned, where she led fundraising and its public listings, and Dott, where she built the finance function and supported rapid international expansion.
Alongside her work at Borski Fund, Claire founded Joanna Invests, a platform enabling female investors to back female-founded startups.
During the breakout session "Systems, Equity, and Social Stability," Claire Tange joins fellow speakers to explore how capital allocation and inclusive investment strategies can contribute to more equitable and resilient economic systems.
