Gilberto Morishaw

Gilberto Morishaw is a leading techno-futurist, musician, and systems thinker dedicated to helping leaders navigate the intersection of climate, technology, and society. A seasoned speaker at forums such as the World Economic Forum, he explores complex themes, including AI, Web3, finance, sustainability, and youth engagement, to build a regenerative future.
Currently, Gilberto is the Community Lead for Bread Cooperative and Co-Director of the Creative Regenerative Futures Foundation. His extensive leadership portfolio includes serving as a Youth Advisor for the European Commissioner for International Partnerships and a German Marshall Fund TILN Alumnus.
He holds several strategic roles, including board member of the 2100 Movement, Trustee for Krijger & Partners, and member of the societal council for the Dutch Research Institute for Transitions.
Through advocacy and global convening, Gilberto works with multiple impactful startups and NGOs to empower organizations to transform systemic challenges into solutions.
