Jan Bertus Molenkamp is Partner at Impact Orange Partners, where he works with institutional investors and family offices to integrate impact investing into their portfolios. He focuses on bridging the gap between impact opportunities and capital, supporting clients in developing impact strategies, monitoring frameworks, and implementation approaches.
With more than 30 years of experience in asset management and fiduciary management, Jan Bertus brings deep expertise in portfolio construction, ALM, and ESG integration. Throughout his career, including roles at organizations such as Van Lanschot Kempen and MN, he has advised pension funds and institutional investors on long-term investment strategies.
He is also actively involved in advisory roles, including as a member of the investment advisory committee of De Nationale APF, contributing his expertise to governance and investment decision-making.
