
Narina Mnatsakanian

Narina Mnatsakanian is Partner and Chief Impact Officer at Regeneration.VC, where she leads the firm's impact and ESG strategy and works closely with portfolio companies on impact measurement and management. She is also involved in expanding the firm's European presence, including fundraising, deal sourcing, and ecosystem development.
With nearly two decades of experience in sustainable and impact investing, Narina has held senior roles across leading global institutions. She contributed to advancing responsible investment practices at organizations such as the UN Environment Program Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) and the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), and later held positions at MN, Sarona Asset Management, Van Lanschot Kempen, and UBS Asset Management.
Throughout her career, Narina has worked across asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, private debt, and infrastructure. She has led impact investment strategies, advised institutional investors on sustainability topics such as climate, biodiversity, and human rights, and managed multi-asset impact portfolios.
Narina has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Women in Dutch Sustainable Finance and has received multiple international awards for her work in impact investing and stewardship. She also serves on advisory boards, including the Dutch Nature Conservation Society.
