Sabine Rau-Oberhuber is an internationally recognised pioneer in the circular economy and co-founder of Turntoo, one of the first companies worldwide dedicated to developing and implementing circular strategies and business models.
Through her work, Sabine has helped organisations rethink how materials, products, and systems can be designed to create long-term value and regeneration. She is a frequent keynote speaker at international conferences and has been invited to lecture at leading universities, including Cornell University and ETH Zürich.
Sabine combines visionary thinking with hands-on experience in building circular solutions. She was a co-initiator of Madaster, the world's first online platform for material passports in the built environment, and co-author of the international bestseller "Material Matters – Developing Business for a Circular Economy," published in five languages.
