Monday, April 13th | From Ideas to Action: What Can You Do in Systemic Investing?

Suzanne Wisse-Huiskes is an impact strategist working at the intersection of wealth and systemic change. She advises family offices and impact funds on strategy, portfolio construction, and defining meaningful impact goals.

Through We Are Impact Collective, Suzanne co-founded the Explorer Club, a "learning by doing" community of impact investors exploring how capital can contribute to systemic change. The group engages directly with real-world transformation projects, experiments with multi-capital approaches, and reflects openly on what enables change at scale.

Before focusing on investment strategy, Suzanne was an impact entrepreneur building ventures in Europe and Africa. She also served on the board of a family fund and as CEO of the European Social Enterprise Network. Drawing on her experience as a founder, investor, and network builder, she brings a multi-perspective understanding of how change can be structured and scaled.

Suzanne serves on several investment and impact committees, including the European Flagship InvestEU Fund, and actively supports more diverse leadership in the investment ecosystem, among others, through advisory roles with Code-V.

Her work is driven by a central question: how can we mobilise capital not just to fund change, but to redesign the systems behind it?

During the breakout session "What Does Systemic Investing Look Like in Action?", Suzanne joins an experienced private investor to explore what systemic investing means beyond strategy and intention. Drawing on the experience of the Explorer Club, the session reflects on how capital, governance, narratives, and collaboration can evolve to unlock transformative solutions for people and planet.
