Tim Crijns is Fund Manager at Triodos Investment Management, where he manages the Triodos Microfinance Fund and Triodos Fair Share Fund, representing approximately €850 million in assets. Through these funds, he provides debt and equity financing to more than 100 financial institutions across over 40 countries, supporting access to inclusive financial services worldwide.

Since joining Triodos in 2014, Tim has held various roles across the organization, including Investment Officer for Africa. His work focuses on strengthening financial ecosystems that enable entrepreneurship, economic resilience, and long-term development.

Earlier in his career, Tim gained international experience working in Tanzania, as well as in capital markets and law at organizations such as Clifford Chance and ING Bank. He combines a background in both business and law, holding degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Radboud University Nijmegen.
