Samir Ahmad is a deep-tech investor with extensive experience in private equity, venture capital, and operational roles. He is currently building SA Capital, a private investment firm focused on scaling technology and deep-tech companies through active partnerships and a network of experienced industry leaders.

Previously, Samir was a Partner and Head of the Investment Team at DTE Capital Partners and a Director at KPN Ventures, where he led deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than 15 investments across Europe and the United States, contributing to strong growth and successful exits.

His experience spans both hardware and software, across early-stage to mature companies, as well as fund investments in leading European deep tech venture funds. In addition, he has served on supervisory boards of international technology companies.
