Kate Raworth

Doughnut Economics - putting it into practice in Amsterdam and globally 

Kate Raworth (‘Ray-worth’) is an ecological economist focused on making economics fit for 21st-century realities. She is the creator of the Doughnut of social and planetary boundaries, and the author of the best-selling book, 'Doughnut Economics: Seven Ways to Think like a 21st Century Economist', which has been translated into more than 20 languages.
Kate is also the co-founder of Doughnut Economics Action Lab, which is putting these ideas into action with communities, cities, businesses, and educators.

Otto Scharmer

Conscious Economics - moving to a system that is co-creative and ecosystem-centric 

Otto Scharmer is a Senior Lecturer at M.I.T. and founding chair of the Presencing Institute and the u-school for Transformation. He also chairs the MIT IDEAS program for cross-sector innovation and introduced the concept of “presencing”—learning from the emerging future—in his bestselling books Theory U' and 'Presence' (the latter co-authored with Peter Senge and others).
He is co-author of 'Leading from the Emerging Future', which outlines eight acupuncture points for transforming our economy from ego to eco. His most recent book, 'The Essentials of Theory U' (2018), summarizes the core principles and applications of awareness-based systems change.

Dimple Sahni

Economic systems change through Anthos' portfolio investment approach 

Originally from India, Dimple is an experienced investment professional with more than 20 years of experience in impact investing, investment banking, and venture capital.

Dimple is Managing Director of Impact Funds Portfolios at Anthos Fund & Asset Management, a values-based asset manager, rooted in a single family office. She is responsible for originating investments, managing relationships, and helping to execute strategies for the fund portfolios dedicated to impact investing across all asset classes including private, listed, and real assets. In this de facto Mixed Asset Impact CIO role, she leads the firm’s impact portfolio construction and asset allocation strategy.

Jenny Elissen

The conscious creative technology revolution

Jenny Elissen is a creative business strategist, impact investor and supervisory board member.

She spent the first 20 years of her career in new business development, innovation and communication. Fascinated by new world design, Jenny authored two books about system change: ‘Perfect World Principle’ in 2011 and ‘From big ideas to giant leaps’ in 2019. 
She now divides her time between growing new ventures, her own burgeoning business Giantleapers.com and being a board member on a number of Supervisory boards that are on a bridge to sustainable transformation.
