Els Boerhof
Els is a recognized leader and pioneer in the impact investing space. In 2021 she was named as one of the 50 women leading the sustainability in finance movement in The Netherlands by Dutch Magazine P+. In 2019 she received a Green Leader award from the sustainability platform Change Inc.
Els joined Goodwell as a Managing Partner and co-owner in March 2008. She has led the firm’s launch in Africa and is overseeing the group’s investment activities. Her thematic areas of expertise are financial inclusion and agriculture. Els is chair of the board of Goodwell portfolio company Musoni Services and a Member of the Supervisory Board of the PharmAccess Foundation.
