
Hedda Pahlson-Moller
Hedda Pahlson-Moller is the founder and CEO of TIIME.org – an impact catalyst providing advisory, advocacy and education to drive capital towards positive social and environmental impact (#ImpactImperative).
Hedda serves as an independent board director to family offices, private and public equity funds as well as NGOs. She is a private investor, strategic advisor and adjunct professor committed to catalyzing a systemic shift towards impact finance - leveraging critical lenses of social justice and planetary health to expedite a just transition. Hedda is an advisor to the Luxembourg government on issues related to sustainable development and impact investing.
Hedda has a background in building international businesses and in early-stage investing. She began teaching in 2006 at several European and US Universities on the topics of entrepreneurship, social innovation and the impact economy, building the field for sustainable finance and impact investing.
Hedda is an active board member of funds and organizations working with/towards values-based investing and driving net positive impact – from public and private equity structures to family offices and NGOs. Her focus is on JEDI (Justice-Equity-Diversity-Inclusion), climate change and their intersectionality.
