Kateryna is an impact investor, philanthropist and human rights activist. Kateryna's thought leadership sits at the intersection of investment, financial innovation and public policy design. As a new-paradigm thinker, she believes we can catalyse a systems-change transformation in financial markets, contributing to building a world of shared prosperity.

She is a founder and managing director of an arm of her family office Impact Venture, which invests in companies that create sustainable solutions to the world's most pressing problems. Impact Venture supports radical and systemic change across three core themes: improving healthcare, mitigating climate change and reducing social and economic inequalities.

On the philanthropic side, Kateryna co-founded the organisation Business Plan for Peace.
