Meet our speakers
Leesa Soulodre is a Xennial deep tech pioneer, speaker, educator, mentor, and super-connector. As General Partner of R3i and R3i Ventures, she supports many of the world’s most promising early-stage deep tech companies in accelerating their growth. Leesa has had 15+ years experience as Digital Director and Board Advisory in the non-profit, academic and private sector, empowering boards with the acceleration of digital transformation.
Jolanda Degen’s journey as an ‘early’ tech entrepreneur started in the late nineties. When she took over World Ticket Center, you had to physically go to the store to book a flight. When the internet subsequently took off, she was early to identify its opportunities. Even before customers were searching with Google and paying with iDeal, Jolanda was able to transform WTC into an internet company. Years of impressive organic growth followed, and after the merger with competitor Vliegtickets.nl, the company became the largest online travel agency in the Netherlands and Belgium. In 2016 Jolanda sold the company to private Equity. She then co-founded Darwin Invest and is now active as an impact investor and advisor.
Annegien Blokpoel is a catalytic investor, venture builder, and strategy and management advisor. She founded the strategic consultancy firm PerspeXo, is a trainer, investor and author of the book “Maak je bedrijf meer waard.” Annegien loves to inspire and ignite more women to invest in tech for good companies.

Alexandra (Alie) Korijn is passionate about the regeneration of mother earth, and the systems change that is needed to enable that. She is an impact investor and impact consultant, and board member of Toniic, Pymwymic, Soil Heroes Foundation, and Decade of Action.
Lydia (Liet) van Beuningen is passionate about re-wilding nature, investing in plant-based foods, and creating more diversity, equity, and inclusion in the impact investment space. Besides being the chair of PYM, she is a board member of Decade of Action, co-founder of Women in Blockchain Squad, and partner at The Mothership Investments.
