Siemon is an entrepreneur who started his first business while he was still in high school. After twenty years of starting and scaling up IT companies, he diverted his attention to impact investing. Siemon is experienced in impact private equity funds, impact mandates for listed equities, direct impact investments, and direct impact grants.
 
Siemon is passionate about fighting climate change through innovative startups and NGOs. He is a member of several Dutch and international impact investing communities.

Willemijn is a pedagogue with a passion for generating social impact in her immediate environment. She works for Humanitas, a Dutch NGO that supports people who need temporary help. She wants to drive change in the world through sustainable and social investments.

Willemijn and her husband started an ophthalmology company in the Netherlands. After selling the company, they started investing more and more in financial inclusion in Africa, Latin America and Asia. Besides that, they also focus on climate technology in various sectors and have invested in carefully selected listed securities that generate impact.
