Laura is passionate about making impact. She studied Social and Cultural Entrepreneurship at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and for her graduation thesis, she developed an impact measurement system for TEDxAmsterdamEducation and then worked for several years at Kinder, the (donation) platform which makes effective altruism accessible. 

Both before and after her time at Kinder, Laura has mainly worked for non-profits and social enterprises. In her work, she wants to see that she makes a difference. Both for the direct target group of the organization and for our society and planet as a whole. 

As PYM’s Operations Manager Laura supports the board in all their activities, from the monthly newsletter and the website, to the daily contact with the PYMers and the organization of the PYM events.
