Maud van Beuningen
After her career as a lawyer and corporate counsel at Clifford Chance, Airbus, and ABN AMRO in the mergers and acquisitions practice, Maud has recently started combining work and impact from a professional and private perspective.
At ABN AMRO, Maud and her team financed large projects in the energy transition sector, such as wind farms. At the same time, Maud became involved in her family's investment vehicle, where she, along with other family members, manages the family's portfolio and where investing in impact-related companies is becoming increasingly important.
After ABN AMRO, Maud worked at Bluemetric, an investment office advising private wealth holders on investments in private and public markets. Within Bluemetric, Maud set up advisory services for impact investing in private equity and launched a training program to involve current and future generations with wealth. She also does this for her own family; a family academy has been set up, and training programs on various themes (such as introduction to investing, impact investing, and regenerative agriculture) are organized for her family members through this academy.
Maud looks forward to contributing as a board member for PYM. She wants to inspire private wealth holders and, above all, get them moving to actually invest in impact. Maud is involved in the PYM Impact Days 2025 and will also commit to other projects within PYM.
