Rogier is PYM's Relationship Manager. In this role, his goal is to strengthen and deepen the cooperation with all of PYM's Trusted Partners.

Before joining PYM, Rogier was co-initiator and later Operations Manager at Duurzaamheidspark, an innovative start-up focussing on the integration of solar energy generation in the agricultural sector (a technology called agivoltaics). Afterward, he worked as a financial consultant at the consultancy firm Innovencio and advised innovative and sustainable SMEs and start-ups on their financing strategy. Rogier also holds a MA in European Studies (Münster University/Radboud University) and BA in German Studies (Radboud University).

Rogier's wake-up call came in 2017 when he realized that we have to change our economic system fundamentally. Through his love of reading and train travel, Rogier came to read deeply into the industrial revolution and the foundations of our modern economy. He also visited many former industrial sites turned museums in Germany's coal-rich Ruhr valley, where environmental degradation and damage caused by a fossil-based economy were there to be seen by all.
