PYM is a small non-profit. When organizing an event we must make commitments to venues and third parties well in advance. Cancellations can affect us dramatically. In the event you need to cancel your reservation:

All cancellations or transfer requests must be submitted by email to laura@pym.nu.

• More than 14 days prior
  We will refund the amount of the ticket, minus €20,- service fee.
  
  
• Between 14 and 7 days prior
  We will refund 50% of the net amount of the ticket.
  
  
• Less than 7 days prior
  Cancellations requested within 7 days of the event will not be refunded.
  An exception is made if you have Covid and can show a positive PCR test.

Tickets are always fully transferable to others.

The original buyer of the ticket needs to email laura@pym.nu with the following information about the new attendee:
Name, email address, cell phone number, job title, and company name.
Any financial arrangements for this transfer will be handled by yourself.
