Geert Peetermans

He has obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Economic Sciences from the Catholic University in Louvain. Following a 4-year stint working in development cooperation in Latin America, he co-founded Incofin Investment Management in 2001, an impact investment management firm.

He is one of 3 Managing Partners of Incofin IM and its Chief Investment Officer. Incofin invests in financial inclusion and the food/agriculture value chain with a range of debt and equity funds. Incofin has an AUM of 1.5 Bn USD and is AIFM-licensed since 2014.

Next to a Head Office in Belgium, Incofin has 5 local offices in different continents. Incofin is investing in India since 2008, currently, 10 local staff are based in our offices in New Delhi and Chennai. In 2021 Incofin set up its first fully dedicated impact growth PE fund for India, called the India Progress fund.
