• Are shared by private investors or single family offices (not by founders or providers themselves).
• Have already received an investment or are very likely to receive one from the sharer.
• Include some form of due diligence (e.g., on team, market, and finances).
• Fit within the PYM community (indicative ticket €25K – €500K).
• Have a clear impact component.
