About Andanda

Ananda Impact Ventures is a European impact venture capital investor, founded in 2009, focusing on technology-driven companies that provide solutions for social and ecological challenges.

From offices in Munich, Berlin, and London, Ananda invests pan-European in early-stage companies (Seed to Series A), with a focus on scalable innovations that combine impact and financial returns. With approximately €270 million under management, Ananda is among the more established impact VCs in Europe.

Ananda invests in companies operating at the intersection of multiple systems, where technological, biological, and social innovations converge. The portfolio focuses on themes such as climate and biodiversity, healthcare, social inclusion, and the future of work. This translates into investments in, among others, digital health platforms, satellite technology, and solutions within regenerative agriculture.

For each investment, concrete impact objectives and KPIs are established that are directly linked to the company’s business model. As an SFDR Article 9 fund, Ananda integrates impact throughout the entire investment process, from selection to scaling. In addition to capital, the fund actively supports entrepreneurs in the areas of strategy, growth, and organizational development, and contributes to building companies that combine impact and scale.
