We Are Impact Collective (WAIC) is a network of independent experts that supports individuals and organizations on their impact journey. The organization focuses on guiding both personal and collective processes in which capital is used to achieve positive social and ecological change.
The approach is based on a personal and non-hierarchical way of working. Instead of offering predefined programs, WAIC creates space for reflection, dialogue, and the development of individual perspectives on impact. We guide individual and family journeys from reflection to implementation and create co-doism groups (such as the Explorers Club).
Themes such as systemic investing and philanthropy, impact strategy, leadership, and the role of capital are explored in an integrated manner.
The collective offers a wide range of services, including workshops, strategic guidance, and the facilitation of reflective environments such as Philanthropy Circles. These settings enable participants to share experiences, explore questions, and shape their impact ambitions together.
WAIC is not a traditional organization — it is a collective of independent professionals. Driven by a strong group of dedicated guides, WAIC builds on the expertise of a diverse core of professionals who navigate the complex challenges faced by clients (and our society 🙂). Only through our collective and multifaceted knowledge and experience can we see the interconnectedness of today’s issues and reshape, rethink, and nurture what wants to be born anew.
Through this combination of guidance, reflection, and collaboration, We Are Impact Collective positions itself as a partner that supports individuals and organizations in aligning capital with purpose.
