4Impact

4impact is a Netherlands-based venture capital investor, founded in 2019, focusing on technology-driven companies with a clear social and environmental contribution. The fund invests in early-stage (Seed to Series A) European startups, with a geographical focus on Northwest Europe, including the Benelux, DACH region, and Nordics.

The portfolio mainly consists of software-driven companies and digital infrastructures that develop solutions within themes such as climate and energy, social inclusion, health, and well-being. 4impact focuses on scalable technologies that contribute to more efficient systems, for example in the areas of energy use, digital infrastructure, and emission reduction.

As an SFDR Article 9 fund, 4impact integrates impact throughout the entire investment process. Clear impact objectives are formulated for investments, linked to the company’s business model. In addition to capital, the fund actively supports companies with strategy, growth, talent development, and international scaling.

With the launch of its second fund (approximately €68 million), supported by, among others, the European Investment Fund and Invest-NL, 4impact continues to build a portfolio of companies that use digital innovation to address concrete climate and societal challenges.
