PYM – The Conscious Investors’ Community welcomes Anke de Boer as Partnerships Manager

AMSTERDAM, March 2026

PYM welcomes Anke de Boer as Partnerships Manager, where she will support the further growth of PYM’s network of conscious investors, families, and ecosystem partners in Europe.

Anke joins PYM with a background in climate action, environmental policy, and the non-profit sector, where she has worked in roles focused on partnerships, fundraising, operations, and community building. Originally from Friesland, one of the historic eleven cities, her curiosity about the world led her abroad after completing her bachelor’s degree in Amsterdam. She lived and worked internationally for five years, in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Her path towards climate and impact work began in Australia, where experiencing the devastating bushfires sparked her involvement in the international youth climate movement. This experience led her to pursue a master’s in Environmental Policy at the London School of Economics. She then remained active in the climate NGO sector, supporting mission-driven organizations in various roles in fundraising, operations, partnerships, and program coordination.

Recognizing that capital plays a crucial role in enabling systemic change, Anke pursued additional training in impact investing and sustainable finance in Zurich. Her move to PYM is a logical next step, bringing together her experience and interest in climate action, partnerships, and systemic change.

Suzanne Rosman, Director of PYM, welcomes Anke to the team: “We are incredibly happy that Anke is joining the PYM team. She brings experience from the climate and non-profit sector, combined with hands-on work in partnerships and community building. Her energy and perspective are a valuable addition as we continue to grow our community and strengthen collaborations within the impact ecosystem.”

As Partnerships Manager, Anke focuses on building and strengthening relationships with PYM’s Trusted Partners and the broader community of investors, funds, and ecosystem players. In addition, she works on developing collaborations that contribute to accelerating the shift towards more conscious and impactful capital.

Anke herself says: “PYM feels like the perfect place to combine my experience in climate work with my growing interest in impact investing. I look forward to building strong collaborations with our Trusted Partners, contributing to strengthening the business case for impact investing, and connecting with the inspiring community of investors and professionals that make up the PYM network.”

After her first days at PYM, her impression is clear: “What immediately struck me is how inspiring this community is. There is so much knowledge, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn from each other. The peer-to-peer nature of the network creates a unique space for honest conversations about capital and impact.”

An important theme in Anke’s work is involving the next generation in climate and impact issues.

“Young people consistently bring new perspectives, urgency, and creativity to solving complex challenges. I think it’s important to create space for the next generation to be actively involved in climate and impact work—not just as participants, but as co-shapers of the future of our (economic) systems.”

Outside of work, Anke is often found on running trails (with two half marathons planned this year!) and hopes to run her first full marathon next year. She also has a great love for good coffee and delicious food, and enjoys bringing people together by organizing dinners for friends and family.
