Rubio Impact Ventures is a Dutch venture capital investor, founded in 2014, that focuses on European scale-ups developing solutions for social and ecological challenges. Based in Amsterdam, Rubio invests in companies operating at the intersection of technology and system transitions, with a focus on scalable business models and clear market demand. With approximately €250 million under management, Rubio is among the more established impact VC funds in Europe.

The investment strategy is organized around three thematic domains: energy transition, circular economy, and an inclusive society.
